Description:
Traceability starts long before the factory floor – it begins with knowing where your cotton comes from, how it is grown, and who is involved along the way.
As expectations grow around material-level data and sourcing integrity, brands are rethinking how they verify the raw materials that go into their products. In this webinar, hosted by AAFA and Oritain, we’ll explore why traceability needs to begin at the material level (not just tiers), what the three key pillars of risk mitigation look like in practice, and how leading workwear brand Carhartt is using forensic science as a cornerstone of its traceability strategy to ensure a clean cotton supply chain.
Attendees of this webinar will learn:
- Why traceability needs to start with materials.
- Three key pillars of supply chain risk mitigation.
- About Carhartt's journey in establishing a robust cotton traceability program.
