Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations are rapidly emerging in the United States and globally. As more EPR laws are implemented, producers must adapt by improving data collection efforts and circular economy strategies to avoid penalties and ensure smooth operations. This webinar will break down the fundamentals of EPR, highlight key legislative updates impacting the industry, and provide actionable steps for producers to navigate compliance and simultaneously find innovative ways to reduce product packing throughout their supply chain.

Attendees will gain insight into how EPR policies affect packaging and how to prepare their supply chain with strategies for integrating sustainability. Whether you're new to EPR reporting or want to refine your approach, this session will equip you with the knowledge to stay ahead of regulatory changes and align with best practices for responsible material management.
