Lisa Diegel is committed to creating a positive impact in the fashion industry. As the Director of Global Sustainability at Faherty Brand, she is responsible for building strategy and leading initiatives to fulfill the B Corp brand's impact objectives. Lisa has a strong background in raw materials, development, production, global compliance and sustainability. She is on the Board of Directors at Fashion Takes Action, a non-profit organization that promotes social and environmental responsibility in the fashion sector. She recently joined the Regional Standards Advisory Group for B Lab USA & Canada, working to improve the standards for B Corporation certification.

Lisa is originally from Canada and of First Nations heritage (a citizen of the Nisga'a Nation of Northwestern British Columbia). She grew up surrounded by talk of land, trees, water and the importance of respecting and preserving culture and the environment. Lisa loves textiles and design, but believes the impact of the industry on people and planet is too great, and we must all do better.

With over 12 years’ experience in compliance and ESG in the fashion supply chain sector, Ellen has developed and implemented sustainability strategies and KPI metrics for several supply chain companies. She works with Cobalt to employ comprehensive strategies throughout the value chain to ensure that they are meeting customer and industry wide mandates.

Ellen's expertise include companywide risk management and traceability strategy development, GHG emissions roadmap building, and implementation and stakeholder engagement and collaboration across the fashion and supply chain industry.

Whilst working at Cobalt, Ellen has contributed to developing an all-encompassing traceability strategy, focusing on supplier and customer engagement, whilst constantly strengthening Cobalt's operating procedures to ensure they are staying ahead of legislations and customer expectations.

Roman leverages his extensive expertise in sustainability within textile supply chains to drive forward discussions and partnerships. His focus is on interoperability, data standardization, and the development of effective strategies to overcome key challenges in data collection and analysis. 

His comprehensive understanding of textile supply chains has developed through practical engagement: He has initiated cooperative efforts between brands and suppliers. In line with Retraced's philosophy, Roman directs attention towards suppliers' needs to foster close cooperation and transparency in fashion supply chains, to tackle emerging global legislative challenges.

Audrey Clark is responsible for supporting the association’s trade policy efforts. Prior to joining AAFA in November 2023, Audrey worked as Export Program Coordinator at the Distilled Spirits Council of the U.S. (DISCUS) where she managed eight international export promotion campaigns and supported four DISCUS committees. She previously worked at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) where she was awarded the Pearce Prize Achievement Award and served as Program Coordinator for Streaming & Broadcasting. She has earned both her bachelor’s and master's degrees in International Affairs from Georgia Tech.
