Sam Davis is the PLM Specialist at Summersalt, bringing a unique blend of over 12 years in the fashion industry and a strong affinity for technology. With a BFA in Fashion Studies from Columbia College Chicago, Sam's journey began in technical design, evolved through product development, and found a niche in PLM systems. This path included a teaching role at Fontbonne University, where Sam shared expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with Fashion Merchandising students. At Summersalt, Sam's role encompasses comprehensive management of the Centric PLM system, from training and troubleshooting to system configuration and process enhancement. Beyond the professional sphere, Sam is passionately involved in the arts, enjoys traveling, and dedicates time to creative pursuits and caring for a beloved mastiff, Lincoln.

Amy Meyers brings over 25 years of experience in the fashion and apparel industry to her role as Senior Manager of Sourcing and Sustainability at Summersalt. With a foundation in Textile and Apparel Management from Mizzou and a master’s degree in supply chain management from Fontbonne University, Amy's career began as a Technical Designer before transitioning to academia, where she enhanced the Fashion Merchandising program at Fontbonne University. Her return to the corporate world saw her contribute to renowned brands like Build-A-Bear and Soft Surroundings. At Summersalt, Amy is dedicated to enhancing sustainability practices, focusing on the transparency and eco-friendliness of the supply chain. Outside of her professional life, Amy is a devoted mother to three daughters, enjoys life with her college sweetheart, and has a passion for travel.

Bailey Hanson is a Customer Success Manager at Centric Software, where she partners with established customers to helps them keep up with the fast pace of today’s retail demands. Prior to working in customer success & joining Centric, Bailey worked in the retail industry in various merchant and strategy roles at Kohl’s Department Stores. Bailey graduated from Marquette University with a B.S. in Business.

Beth Hughes is responsible for supporting the association's efforts on international trade and customs issues. Beth oversees AAFA’s Trade Policy Committee, as well as AAFA’s Customs Group. Before joining AAFA, Beth served for six years as senior director, international affairs at the International Dairy Foods Association. Beth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science at George Washington University and received a Master of Arts in international affairs from Florida State University.
