William Foudy, Jr.
Senior Vice President and President, Owned Brand Sourcing and Development
Target Corporation
As SVP & President of Owned Brand Sourcing & Development, Bill leads a multi-national team responsible for the global sourcing of all of Target’s Owned Brands which today includes Apparel, Accessories, Footwear, Home, Hardlines, and Essentials/Beauty. In addition to Sourcing, his responsibilities include Target's Responsible Sourcing and Sustainability teams. Bill and his team develop competitive sourcing strategies that deliver product that is responsibly sourced, high quality, and a great value that brings joy to our guests, from a brand they can trust. Bill’s experience in the retail sector spans over 25 years with companies such as Walmart, Adidas, and Nike, across areas in global sourcing, supply chain, strategy, and product development. His positions within these companies have given him the opportunity to live in Taiwan, Thailand, India, and Hong Kong which has allowed for hands on learning and cultivated a broad and deep understanding of the retail landscape.
