Meet the keynote: CPSC Commissioner Dana Baiocco

Dana Baiocco joined the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on June 1, 2018, following a May 22 Senate confirmation.

Before joining the Commission, Ms. Baiocco was a partner at Jones Day and a member of the firm’s Business and Tort Litigation Practice where she litigated and advised clients in high-intensity trials involving mass torts, consumer and industrial products, and medical devices in federal, state, and international jurisdictions. She counseled clients on risk mitigation, regulatory compliance and reporting obligations, warranties, and product recalls. She also litigated on behalf of clients in antitrust, construction, and bankruptcy matters.
