THE 2025 GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS CONFERENCE HAS BEEN CANCELED. 

We regret to inform you that due to the President’s Executive Order imposing a wide-ranging travel freeze for government agencies, we have been forced to cancel the AAFA Government Contractors Conference, originally scheduled for May 13-14, 2025, at the Crowne Plaza Philadelphia-King of Prussia in King of Prussia, PA. This tough decision comes as our government speakers and government attendees have notified us that they are now unable to attend.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we navigate these unforeseen circumstances. It’s a tough situation facing everybody – our members, our government partners, our warfighters, and other organizations – and we will do our best to work through it to stay focused on supporting you with key information and networking opportunities. 

AAFA is actively exploring options to host a different Government Contracts Committee event later this year, including a possible virtual program. We will share updates as plans develop.
